So just to give you background of my experience with home builders, my wife and I have had about 15 brand new homes in the past 20 years. Some were homes we lived in and some homes we rented out. Last night I had to go across the street to tell the worker to turn down the music that was so loud it was like I was in a bar! And if you confront these workers as we have on several occasions, so rude! They build 10 houses at a time, so many trucks on your street and they do care of they block you out. If I had known then what I know now, I would have fought them coming with all my might! They ruined our new home experience by all the issues. And by the looks of all the Better Business review I wish the new home owners well but I do not have much hope for them when their new homes start falling apart in the first 6 months.

The outside blew out about 7 months from moving in, which DSLD replaced and then again the unit stopped working earlier this year and DSLD replaced the thermostat. I am most disappointed with this builder and lack of response on an issue so important and on a new construction home just 2 years old. This should not be an issue for a home this new. This company has ZERO oversight of their workers.
The process of moving however is not fun and it never gets any easier. When it came time to sell our Pensacola house a friend introduced us to Milan. I'm not sure we would have been able to remain sane with anyone else.
